1. Simple, easy to use interface.

The interface of the CCM Content Management page provides easy access to
the key elements it takes to create and manage a player and the
playlist associated to the player. i.e. adding and grouping players,
uploading fresh content and creating content packages.

2. Establishing player, player locations
and player status.

Before a player is distributed, we do the initial load of content and
location information to the player in-house.

The Monitor Page will update the status of the player with a green
check mark showing that it is operating properly and ready for
communication. Once a player is received by the client, they connect
the player to a LAN line, and within moments the player calls home
to the Content Manager site.

3. Assigning playlists.

Content packages are created using the Content Page.
The content is organized into playlists that can be scheduled
to be played at a specific time for an entire group, or an
individual player.

The Players Page contains a sortable and editable list of
all media players in the system. This page is essential in
assigning the correct content name to the player.

4. Flexibility of playlists appointment.

The Groups Page provides a list of user–defined groups of
media players. This function is ideal when the client would like
to appoint content to players at specific locations or different
areas within one locations.

Configurations provide a number of settings that can be
applied to players. These configuration settings include:
time servers, enable on/off times, and logging options.

5. Deployment; uploading & downloading.

The Video Page gives the user the functionality to upload or delete
content as needed. It contains a list of all files in the system that can be
added to playlists and downloaded to the player.

The average time for download to an individual player is typically
15 minutes to 1 hour per Gigabyte, depending on Internet speed.

6. Generating Reports.

The Reporting Page allows you to generate scheduled reports
and keep track of all digital media files that have played on
your playlists that may be exported out in Excel format.
